Heggies have supplied opinions to CSR-PGH of the likely Rw that would be achieved of a variety of wall systems using their 110mm and 150mm thick extruded clay bricks.
Heggies was approached by CSR-PGH to supply opinions of the likely Rw that would be achieved of a variety of wall systems using their 110mm thick extruded clay brick.The opinions given by Heggies were a little lower than CSR-PGH anticipated (everyone expects higher ratings). After further discussion, it was agreed to have these wall systems tested by National Acoustic Laboratories (NAL) under the direction of Heggies.The test results were almost identical to our opinions. CSR-PGH were impressed and immediately requested that Heggies develop a series of wall systems using their 150mm thick extruded clay brick to have tested by NAL, again under the direction of Heggies.A successful relationship was earned. CSR-PGH request opinions of wall systems using their bricks on a regular basis.
